metal finishing, including powder coating,
stove enamelling and abrasive blasting onbehalf
of industrial, architectural and manufacturing
companies across the South of England.

Powder
Coating
Chingfords
offer a range of powder coating services
including, polyester, epoxy polyester and
epoxy finishes for items upto 5.5m long and
3m high. Equipped with a 6m water wash spray
booth as well as a smaller 3m facility Chingfords
are capable of range of items from industrial
walkways, architectural facades and balustrades
to high volume small sheet metal components,
plastics and woodwork.

Pack Systems
Chingfords
undertake a range of wet spray services including
single pack air drying and two pack systems.
for metal, plastic and wood in a wide range
of Ral, BS and pantone colours to specific
dry film thicknesses with options for certificates
of conformity.

Stove Enamelling
Chingfords
undertake stove enamelling.

Specialist Coatings
Chingfords
offer a range of specialist services including
conductive coatings, electromagnetic sheild
finishes and Kephos Phosphate coatings for
the automotive industry as well as defence
coatings.

 Abrasive
Blasting
The
company offers some of the largest and most
specialist shot blasting services in the
area. The facilities are equipped with 2
shot blasting rooms, and 3 shot blast cabinets
operating the following abrasives:

Iron/Steel Grit
- Aluminium
Oxide
- Glass
Bead Spherical
- Glass
Grit Angular
Blasting
can be carried out on mild steel, stainless
steel, aluminium, brass, copper and plastics
to a range of surface roughnesses.

Pre-Treatments
Pre-treatments
include shot blasting as detailed above,
aqueous degreasing and specialist treatments
such as Grenidine 606 and Kephos Phosphate.
We also sub-contract chromating and plating
services.

Transport & Loading
Maximum
lifting capacity is 1.5 tons, with transport
capacity for 1.5 tons. Collection and delivery
is available within the local area although
subject to commercial agreement, transport
further afield can be arranged.

service possible, our skilled employees take
a pride in their work ensuring that each
and every job is carried out to specification.
All work undergoes rigorous inspection at
all stages of the coating process from cleaning
through to the final coat. If required we
can provide paint reports which can include,
anchor profile and dry film thickness inspection
results. Environmental condition reports
to include temperature, humidity and dew
point readings. Batch traceability for material
can be provided along with certificates of
conformity when required.
