Powder Booths

Chingfords operate 2 spray booths for powder coating:

Water Wash: 6m x 3m (powder)
Recirculating 2m x 2.5m (powder)

Each booth is provided with an Eurotec C850 manual powder coating system.

Polyester Coatings

Polyester coatings exhibit excellent weathering characteristics on exteroir surfaces offering a tough and flexible finish resistant to cracking and flaking. Typical applications include automotive, handraials, external structures, and industrial/commercial lighting fixtures and fittings. Polester coatings offer a cured film thickness of 60-80µm.

Epoxy Coatings

Epoxy coatings are recommended for use on internal fittings where good flow, toughness and resistance to chemicals is essential such as in the process control & engineering industry, laboratories, and for use on machine tools and indoor sports equipment.

Epoxy Polyester Coatings

Epoxy polyester coatings offer good colour and gloss retention, are tough, chemically resistant and mar-resistant and is easy to clean. Because of these qualities epoxy polyester is widely used in the catering industry, for electrical enclosures, light fitting and furniture as well as general industrial applications where good corrosion resistance, durability and asthetics are required. Epoxy Polyester coatings offer a cured film thickness of 60-80µm.

Powder coating is available in all RAL and BS colours. Pantone colours can be matched or mixed to suit requirements.
